We know foam inside-out and back-to-front, so whatever your requirements may be, we’re sure we’ll be able to help.

Please don’t think that you need to have a comprehensive plan of action before you pick up the telephone. We’re here to talk you through the available options and oversee the project from conception to completion, so just tell us what you’re looking to achieve and we’ll do the rest.

Are you looking for something that’s part foam and part fibre? No problem! We can put the two together in any combination that suits you, furnish you with advice (if you’ll excuse the pun) regarding foam grades for certain end uses and use a range of fabrication methods to achieve a specific look or feel if you have one in mind.

When all is said and done, our reputation is our most valuable asset. It didn’t arise easily, nor was it formed overnight; rather, it came about as a result of our unwavering commitment to excellence and punctuality, then spread throughout our client base one buyer at a time.

The company was established back in 1958 and, at first, our sole aim was to provide a high level of service to the local upholstery industry (“local”, in this case, being Leeds, West Yorkshire). Over time, though, this modest goal began to change.

Slowly but surely, RPL expanded to supply an ever-increasing range of industries; nowadays, our clients produce everything from caravans to bespoke furniture and from pet beds to sporting goods.

Moreover, the advent of the Internet meant that we had to diversify once again in order to advertise via the World Wide Web the quality services for which we’ve become known. Simply put, we were forced to stop thinking locally and start thinking globally...

...all of which brings us neatly up to the present day. We now operate out of a 28,000 sq. ft. warehouse just outside Leeds, giving us the ability to meet orders of any size, while our brand-new web-page is now online for your viewing pleasure.

Yup, an awful lot has changed over the course of the past half-century. Some things haven’t, though. For instance, we have been a family-owned entity from Day One, while our philosophy – namely, to deliver a top-notch product and to do so on time, into the bargain – has also remained steadfast throughout.
